Responsibilities

• Load, run and unload dish machine.
• Keep the dish machine clean and report problems.
• Monitor water temperature for sanitary wash cycle.
• Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware.
• Keep dish room clean and organized.
• Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for dining room and kitchen.
• Handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage.
• Segregate and remove trash to designated containers.
• Transfer supplies between storage and work areas.
• Perform basic food prep as needed.
• Clean food prep and production areas as required.
• Maintain health and sanitation standards.

We are currently seeking a part time Dishwasher for our property.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Load, run and unload dish machine
• Keep the dish machine clean and report any functional or mechanical problems immediately
• Monitor dish machine water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycle
• Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware
• Keep dish room clean and organized
• Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for dining room and kitchen
• Handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss
• Segregate and remove trash and garbage and place all in designated containers and haul to dumpster
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas by hand or by use of hand truck
• Perform basic food prep as needed
• Clean food preparation and production areas as required
• Maintain health and sanitation standards

Requirements:

• Minimum lifting of 70 pounds.
• Pushing, bending, stooping, upward reaching, manual dexterity.
• Listening to direction in a loud working environment.
• Standing for long periods of time.
• Must have flexibility in schedule to work various shifts.
• Minimum pulling of 70 pounds.
• Other duties may be assigned.
