Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and flatware to ensure availability.
• Clean machines and appliances used in the kitchen.
• Unload and store deliveries.
• Wash, chop, and sort ingredients like vegetables, and meats.
• Label and stock ingredients on accessible shelves.
• Sweep and mop floors and clean spills as needed.
• Take out the trash and rinse garbage cans.
• Support other restaurant staff with additional tasks.
