Job summary

The Boston Beer Company is hiring a Part-Time Dishwasher for Brewings & Eats. You’ll keep BOH and FOH areas clean, safe, and fully stocked during your shift, upholding food-safety standards and teamwork.

Responsibilities include loading and operating the dishwasher, assisting with food preparation, polishing kitchenware, and maintaining sanitation. Weekend availability is required, and a high school diploma or GED is needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Weekend availability required.
• Previous service industry experience in a high-volume environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Scrape and rinse dishes and load dishwasher as directed to ensure cleanliness and sanitation.
• Assist with food preparation duties as needed.
• Polish silver and maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation.
• Follow safety procedures and monitor chemical levels as outlined.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors to maintain safety and sanitation.
