Job summary

The Boston Beer Company in Rehoboth Beach, DE is seeking a Dishwasher to keep the BOH and FOH areas clean, safe, and fully supplied throughout the shift. You will support food preparation as needed and uphold sanitation and safety procedures while demonstrating good time management and teamwork.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Experience in a high-volume service environment is a plus.
Weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

Scrape and rinse food from dishes and operate the dishwashing process per guidelines.
Assist with food preparation duties as needed.
Polish silverware and maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and sanitation standards.
Maintain proper temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by standards.
Keep dish area orderly and safe.
Sweep and mop kitchen floors to ensure safety and cleanliness.
