We are currently hiring a Part‑Time Dishwasher at Chesapeake & Maine. Responsible for ensuring both BOH and FOH areas are clean, safe, and fully supplied throughout a given shift. The Dishwasher should take great pride in delivering unparalleled experiences and value teamwork, integrity, and professional development. Possess excellent time‑management skills while being able to prioritize tasks in a busy setting adhering to all food and safety regulations and procedures.

What You’ll Brew

• Scrape and rinse food from dirty dishes (pots, pans, and trays), and place them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine as directed; ensuring complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Assist with all food preparation duties as needed.
• Polish silver of kitchen machinery and ensure ongoing cleanliness and sanitation.
• Ensure compliance with outlined safety procedures.
• Maintain temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards.
• Keep dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation.

What Ingredients You’ll Bring

Level: 10

In accordance with pay transparency laws the pay rate for this role if hired is $17 per hour. However, it’s important to note that where a person hired starts in this range is dependent on their related experience, skillset and location.
