Responsibilities

• Scrape and rinse dishes and run them through the dishwashing machine to ensure cleanliness.
• Assist with food preparation duties as needed.
• Polish silverware and maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintain proper temperatures and chemical levels.
• Keep the dish area organized and safe, and sweep/mop floors as required.
