Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Maintains regular and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Cleans, sanitizes, and properly stocks all dishes, pots, pans, flatware, and glassware.
• Maintains cleanliness of the entire kitchen, including dry storage and walk-in cooler areas, by sweeping and mopping.
• Empties the kitchen trash receptacles and properly disposes of garbage.
• Performs daily cleaning of dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods, and exhaust systems.
• Stores all dishes and other wares in proper areas.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Cleans the kitchen after close.
• Performs other duties as required.
