Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training will be provided

Responsibilities

• Cleans, sanitizes, and stocks all dishes, pots, pans, flatware, and glassware
• Maintains cleanliness of the kitchen, including dry storage and walk-in cooler; sweeps and mops floors
• Empties kitchen trash and disposes of garbage properly
• Performs daily cleaning of dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods, and exhaust systems
• Stores all dishes and wares in proper areas
• Follows safe work practices in job performance
• Cleans dishes and maintains kitchen cleanliness after closing
• Performs other duties as required
