Qualifications

• Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred.
• Food Handler Certification preferred or ability to obtain.
• Experience operating a POS system preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to accurately process transactions.
• Strong English communication and professional guest interaction.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner and provide excellent customer service.
• Accurately take and enter food and beverage orders into the POS system.
• Process credit card transactions accurately and maintain payment accountability.
• Answer guest questions regarding menu items, pricing, and options.
• Communicate orders clearly to kitchen staff and verify accuracy.
• Restock supplies and maintain cleanliness of service areas.
• Support kitchen staff during high-volume periods and special events.
