Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• 1+ years of customer service in a guest-facing role.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• A positive attitude and excellent teamwork.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to provide information to guests.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
• Stock and maintain supplies and retail products.
• Maintain credit card receipts using a computerized POS.
• Understand the POS system or be trained on the technology.
• Provide concise information to guests about the Skunk Train, history, and visitor services.
• Answer phone and emails providing guest with assistance.
• Coordinate with other staff members to ensure a great customer experience.
• Other duties as assigned.
