Job summary

Butte Glenn Community College District (BGCCD) is seeking a Kinesiology Equipment Technician to manage athletic gear, issue and repair equipment, and ensure readiness for events. The role supports staff with various assignments and works 24 hours per week across 10 months per year.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Some travel may be required for off-site meetings or events.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED; AND
• One (1) year of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities of this position; OR
• Any combination of education and experience which would provide the required qualifications for the position.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and control athletic and kinesiology equipment and supplies; issue, receive, store, and repair equipment.
• Ensure equipment and facilities are prepared in a timely manner according to established schedules; assist staff with special assignments and events.
