• Notify supervisor when supplies should be replaced and maintain lost and found items.
• Set up equipment for classes and assist faculty and coaches as needed.
• Assign lockers and maintain records of assignments; ensure locker room and related areas are clean.

Typical Duties

Issue, receive, check, store and inventory athletic equipment,clothing, and towels; maintain, clean and repair athleticequipment, clothing and towels; stencil and mark equipment andclothing; notify assigned supervisor/manager when supplies,clothing or equipment should be replaced; maintain lost and foundarticles; maintain first-aid supplies; set up equipment forclasses; assist faculty and coaches as needed; assign lockers andmaintain records of assignments; maintain cleanliness of lockerroom, shower, storage room, faculty lounge and rest rooms; performmarking or lining of athletic fields and other field preparation;oversee temporary staff. Perform related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

EXPERIENCE: One year of experience related to the duties ofthe position. Have an equity-minded focus, responsiveness, and sensitivity to andunderstanding of the diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural,disability, gender identity, sexual orientation, and ethnicbackgrounds of community college students, including those withphysical or learning disabilities as it relates to differences inlearning styles; and successfully foster and support an inclusiveeducational and employment environment. (Experience Requirement: One year of experience is equalto 12 months of experience at 40 hours per week. Applicablepart-time experience will be converted to the full-time equivalentfor purposes of meeting the experience requirement.
