Job summary

The Little Gym International is seeking energetic, responsible part-time coaches to run beginner-friendly tumbling classes for kids. You’ll be trained and supported as you create a safe, engaging space where children learn and parents feel at ease.

Ideal candidates are at least 16 years old, enjoy leading with energy and imagination, and take pride in doing things well. Shifts include weekday evenings and weekend mornings at our Saint Paul location.

Qualifications

• You must be at least 16 years old.
• Strong energy and comfort leading activities for kids.
• Positive, reliable, and eager to do things well.

Responsibilities

• Lead beginner-friendly tumbling classes for kids (training provided).
• Create a safe, encouraging, and celebratory class environment.
• Be engaging when leading activities and communicating with parents.
• Take ownership of your classes and help keep the gym welcoming.
