The Little Gym of Silver Spring is looking for a responsive recruiter to teach classes and introduce children to the benefits of play. You will create a fun and educational environment while engaging with parents and ensuring a positive experience.

Responsibilities

• Introduce kids and parents to the educational benefits of play in The Little Gym's learning environment.
• Teach classes using our proven curriculum and teaching method.
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience.
• Support parents in teaching their children.
• Work weekday shifts (skill preference).
• Create a warm, fun, and educational environment for the children in each class.
• Treat each class and each child as if it’s their first day – every week.

Qualifications

• Background in child development, physical education, or gymnastics is a plus.
• Ability to educate and correct parents while focusing on the child.
• Strong commitment to fostering a fun and energetic environment.
• High energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
• Good communication skills and ability to keep parents engaged.

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
