Overview

The Little Gym is seeking part-time coaches who can engage groups, bring energy, and make learning fun for kids. Coaches should have strong presence, clear leadership, and the ability to turn activities into an engaging, educational experience for children and reassuring for parents.

Shifts and Hours

• Shifts we need most: Weekday evenings and weekend mornings
• Hours per week: 12–20 hours

What You’ll Do

• Lead fun, beginner-friendly tumbling classes for kids (no prior experience needed—we train you)
• Create an environment where kids feel encouraged, safe, and celebrated
• Be confident and engaging when leading kids and communicating with parents
• Take ownership of your classes and help keep the gym organized and welcoming
