Job summary

North Way Christian Community is seeking a part-time Kids Administrative Coordinator (up to 15 hours/week) for our Wexford Campus. You will support the Kids Director and ministry team by recruiting, onboarding, and retaining volunteers, and by creating strategies to engage and care for the volunteer team.

Qualifications

• Growing relationship with God and willingness to participate in North Way worship services and ministry activities.
• Discerned calling into this position.
• Background clearances must be current.
• Prior experience in Kids Ministry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and retain volunteers for the Kids Ministry.
• Coordinate onboarding processes including safety requirements, shadowing, and role-specific training.
• Plan and lead three annual volunteer training events to equip volunteers for effective ministry.
• Help ensure volunteers are prepared, supported, and empowered to create a safe, welcoming environment for children and families.
