Job summary

Seeds of Caring in Columbus, OH, invites applications for a Part Time Event Leader. The role supports in-person programs for children ages 2-12, focusing on service, social action, and community-building. You will work with the program team and volunteers to run events that impact families and local nonprofits.

The position is part-time, primarily weekends, with 10-20 hours per month. You’ll report to the Program Manager for In-Person Events and operate on-site at various community locations

Qualifications

• Experience leading or teaching preschool or elementary children.
• Strong planning, time management, and organization.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead 1-4 in-person community events each month.
• Coordinate volunteers and partner locations.
• Manage event setup, supplies, and post-event metrics.
