Qualifications

• Provide guidance to store team on operating practices and procedures.
• Greet, assist and thank customers; answer inquiries and resolve concerns.
• Handle cash and process sales using the POS system.
• Stock shelves, unload merchandise, and maintain store cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Direct store team on Family Dollar operating practices and procedures.
• Greet and assist customers; resolve inquiries and concerns.
• Drive sales through suggestive selling and promotion awareness.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked store and organize merchandise from stockroom.
• Assist in asset protection and opening/closing duties when needed.
• Provide operational assistance to cashiers and support daily store activities.
