Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Kentucky LP in Paris, KY is seeking a part-time associate to greet customers, assist with merchandise, and complete sales transactions at the POS. You will support store operations, help the Store Manager with daily tasks, maintain inventory, and ensure clean, well-stocked conditions on the floor.

The role requires flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays, plus ability to lift up to 40 lb. prior retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Availability to work flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• May be required to lift up to 40 lbs. (up to 55 lbs. occasionally).
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers and thank them for visiting.
• Answer questions and resolve inquiries and concerns.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Assist Store Manager with daily activities and store operations.
• Maintain a clean, stocked store and orderly merchandise presentation.
• Support deliveries and replenishment; stock shelves and transfer merchandise from stockroom to floor.
• Provide asset protection by maintaining store presence and customer service standards.
