Family Dollar in Lexington, KY is seeking a part-time associate to provide exceptional customer service, assist with merchandise and transactions, and support daily store operations. You may help with inventory, deliveries, and opening/closing tasks when needed.

Qualifications

• Education: high school or equivalent.
• Experience: management experience in retail or grocery.
• Availability: flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Physical: ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly and up to 55 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection and locating items.
• Assist Store Manager with daily store operations and inventory control.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Open/close duties in absence of Store Manager or ASM.
• Maintain clean, stocked, and welcoming store environment.
• Support asset protection and overall store appearance.
