Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Kentucky LP is seeking a part-time Keyholder in Nicholasville, KY. You will greet customers, help locate merchandise, and complete sales with accuracy using the POS system.

You will assist the Store Manager with daily tasks, maintain inventory, and support deliveries and replenishment to keep the store clean and inviting. In the absence of the Store Manager, you may open/close the store, supervise cash handling, and provide operational assistance to cashiers and staff.

Qualifications

• Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred experience in management in retail, grocery or drug store environments.
• Ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assist with merchandise selection and location, and complete sales transactions.
• Provide guidance to store team on operating practices and procedures.
• Open or close the store in the absence of the Store Manager and supervise cash handling.
• Maintain inventory, support deliveries and replenishment, and keep the store clean and organized.
• Assist with asset protection and daily store operations as needed.
