Job summary

SNIPES USA is seeking a 3rd Key for their Burbank store in a part-time regular role. The position involves opening and closing procedures, basic administrative tasks, and supporting store leadership to drive sales.

You will maintain merchandising standards, execute floor sets, assist in security and safety, and ensure excellent customer service in a fast-paced, community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive, self-motivated with ability to work in a team.
• Able to stand long periods and lift 15–30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate timely execution of floor set guides and promotions.
• Lead store team toward achieving sales goals and profitability.
• Communicate store goals and directives to staff to maximize contributions.
• Set up sales and promotions with proper signing promptly.
• Maintain merchandising presentation according to Visual Merchandising standards.
• Train and enforce security policies and procedures.
• Ensure associates' safety and report hazards to management.
• Process register functions accurately as directed.
• Maintain cleanliness on sales floor and stockroom, and communicate policy changes.
