Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Retail or customer-facing experience preferred but not required.
• Minimum availability of 30 hours per week, including one weekend day and rotating holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent in-store customer service and promote the rewards program.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms and make product recommendations.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep the sales floor clean and stocked.
• Operate POS system, process transactions, handle cash, and ensure POS integrity.
• Assist with opening/closing, freight processing, and loss prevention compliance.
• Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of other leadership.
