Kontoor Brands, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to support sales performance, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and execute day-to-day store operations.

The role supports the team by following customer engagement strategies and maintaining merchandising standards that align with company expectations. This role requires a minimum age of 16, a schedule of at least 12 hours per week with one weekend day, and willingness to work flexible hours.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Brand Experience/Customer Service: Ensure excellence in customer service in the store by upholding high retail standards to ensure an in-store experience that aligns with company standards.
• Initiate conversations with all customers, building a relationship to learn interests and identify products to suggest.
• Assist customers in the fitting room.
• Recommends product that is aligned with customer needs and preferences through suggestive selling.
• Builds brand loyalty by promoting the rewards program and achieves weekly loyalty sign up goals.
• Learn about new products and trends to better engage customers.
