Job summary

Kontoor Brands, Inc. is seeking a Part Time Sales Associate to support sales, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and assist with day-to-day store operations.

Responsibilities include engaging customers, maintaining merchandising standards, and ensuring a welcoming shopping environment while meeting personal sales targets. The role offers a flexible schedule and is based in-store.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 years.
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and work a flexible schedule.
• Availability of at least 12 hours per week, including one weekend day.
• Minimum physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lbs. regularly, up to 50 lbs. occasionally, and push/pull full racks of merchandise.
• Ability to use office equipment and technology such as cash registers, computers, phones, and scanners.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and suggesting products to meet needs.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and accurately process transactions at the point of sale.
• Support loss prevention and follow all store policies.
