UNTUCKit is seeking a results-driven store leader in New Orleans to drive sales, elevate customer experiences, and coach teams to exceed goals. You will lead from the sales floor, engage clients, and deliver personalized styling solutions while maintaining store standards and operations.

Qualifications

• Prior retail leadership or keyholder experience.
• Proven ability to drive sales and influence team performance.
• Strong clienteling skills and a customer-first mindset.
• High energy, strong communication skills, and a passion for results.
• Proficiency in Apple products, G-suite, and Omni-channel POS systems.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in the store alone and at varying retail hours.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales & Client Engagement on the sales floor.
• Lead by example in achieving individual and store sales goals.
• Proactively engage customers and deliver personalized styling.
• Build and maintain client relationships through clienteling and follow-up.
• Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to maximize transactions.
• Communicate product value to drive conversions.
• Lead the Sales Floor and motivate associates to high performance.
• Coach team in real time to improve selling techniques.
• Support UNTUCKit University training and daily performance conversations.
• Open and close the store with accountability for results and standards.
• Maintain a visually compelling, sales-focused floor environment.
• Ensure stockroom supports selling efficiency and monitor KPIs.
