Job summary

Uniform Advantage is opening a new store location in Timonium, MD and is hiring a Part-Time Retail Key Holder to support daily store operations and deliver excellent customer service. You will assist with opening and closing the store, processing sales transactions, merchandising, and customer support.

Responsibilities include providing outstanding customer service, assisting with product selection, operating the POS system, opening/closing procedures, stocking and visual merchandising, and

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends. High school diploma or GED; 18+; background/drug screening.

Job Summary

Pay & Schedule

• $15.50/hour starting pay
• Part-time: 15–25 hours per week
• Monthly Bonus Opportunity

Qualifications

• Retail sales or customer service experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 18+
• Must pass background screening, drug test screening, and assessment test

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Lift up to 40 lbs
• Bend, reach, climb, and move merchandise as needed
