Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Open and close the assigned retail location(s).
• Organize store operations and allocate responsibilities in the absence of management.
• Maintain backstock in a neat, clean, organized manner.
• Delegate responsibilities to retail associates during shifts.
• Supervise, train, and guide staff toward high performance.
• Handle customer complaints to maintain store reputation.
• Inspect areas and resolve issues as they arise.
• Plan and oversee in-store promotions or displays.
• Ensure safety guidelines and secure opening/closing procedures.
• Complete opening and closing store checklists.
• Contribute to a positive work environment.
