• Maintain in-store experience by modeling CEL behaviors and responding to requests with urgency.
• Ensure customers have a positive experience by meeting store standards and completing daily tasks.
• Review daily communications and plan required actions.
• Work with store leadership to follow policies and procedures.
• Assist with inventory, omni activities (Charge/Send, BOPIS), and supply needs.
• Prioritize customer first, support safety, and assist with timekeeping and feedback.
