Job summary

Kontoor Brands, Inc. in Southaven, MS is seeking a Part Time Sales Lead to open and close the store, support sales performance, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and execute day-to-day store operations.

You will engage customers, assist in fitting rooms, perform suggestive selling, promote the rewards program, maintain visual merchandising, and support cash handling and POS integrity. Must be 18+, available 30 hours/week, including one weekend day; pay range $13-$16/hour with benefits

Qualifications

• Retail or customer-facing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and support daily operations.
• Engage customers and build relationships to identify products to suggest.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms and perform suggestive selling.
• Promote the rewards program and drive loyalty enrollment.
• Maintain visual merchandising and accurate POS transactions.
• Follow policies and support store leadership.
