Job summary

True Classic is hiring a Part Time Key Holder to deliver an exceptional in-store experience for our customers in Santa Clara, CA. You will be the face of our brand, helping customers look and feel their best while keeping the store inviting and well organized.

As part of the team, you will learn and deliver our signature “TRUE Experience” — a customer-first approach focused on genuine connection. You’ll support product knowledge, styling tips, and accurate transactions to close every sale.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer-facing experience (especially in a high-volume store).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to read people and build rapport quickly.
• A positive, team-first attitude and passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
