Retail Part Time Key Holder – AGAINST ALL ODDS

Reports To: Store Manager

Department: Retail

Key Holders will take the lead in daily activities to help customers purchase our products, lead team members, and resolve conflicts. Other responsibilities include loss prevention, training of team members, and promoting a high level of customer service as well as opening and closing procedures.

Major Areas Of Responsibility

• Greet customers and determine their needs
• Assist with selling merchandise
• Opening and closing the store using required procedures
• Assist with staff training and development
