Study Smart Tutors is hiring a Part-Time K-8th Grade Math & ELA Tutor for Washington, DC. You will provide tutoring support to students, access class information, and adapt lessons in real time. This role emphasizes in-person availability and collaboration with the Education team.

Our work includes exam preparation, professional development for school staff, family workshops, and consulting.

• Provide tutoring support to small and large groups of students.
• Tutors will have access to information about class assignments

• Maintain consistent communication with Study Smart staff
• Partner with Study Smart's Education team to provide comprehensive learning strategies to all students

QUALIFICATIONS:

• MUST hold a completed 4-year degree
• Teaching or tutoring experience is strongly desired
• In-person availability is required
• Scheduled hours: Flexible availability Mondays through Fridays during/after school hours.
• Complete and pass a background check, which may include fingerprinting based on location.
