Study Smart Tutors is seeking an enthusiastic Part-Time Elementary Math tutor to support students in Bladensburg, MD. In this role you will work with small and large groups, access class assignments, and tailor teaching strategies to student needs.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Subjects to be taught: Math
• Provide tutoring support to small and large groups of students.
• Tutors will have access to information about class assignments
• Adapt to new materials and teaching strategies
• Maintain consistent communication with Study Smart Tutors staff
• Partner with Study Smart Tutor’s Education team to provide comprehensive learning strategies to all students

QUALIFICATIONS:

• MUST hold a completed 4-year degree
• Teaching or tutoring experience is strongly desired
• In-person availability is required
• Scheduled hours: Tuesdays through Thursdays from/between 9:30 AM - 11:30 AM EST
• Complete and pass a background check, which may include fingerprinting based on location.
