Job summary

Study Smart in Grand Rapids, MI seeks a part-time K-12 Math & ELA tutor to support exam prep, group tutoring, and family engagement initiatives. In-person availability is required, and prior teaching or tutoring experience is strongly preferred.

The role partners with schools, non-profits, and colleges to promote educational equity and student success. You'll adapt to new materials, maintain regular communication with staff, and collaborate with the Education team to implement effective learning

Qualifications

• MUST hold a completed 4-year degree.
• Teaching certification is strongly preferred.
• Teaching or tutoring experience is strongly desired.
• In-person availability is required.
• Flexible availability MON–FRI during/after school hours.
• Background check completion may include fingerprinting.
