Qualifications

• Six months of security-related experience or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, staff, residents, and authorized personnel while following site procedures.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and log access activities.
• Control entry/exit of authorized individuals and vehicles according to government juvenile-services protocols.
• Respond calmly to incidents and communicate with appropriate personnel.
