Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with coaching experience in track & field.
• Experience coaching jumps and sprints preferred.
• Part-time, up to 18 hours/week.
• Must model Christian faith and Cornerstone confession.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and leading practices for men’s and women’s track & field.
• Coach technique across jumps, sprints, and distance events.
• Recruit prospective student-athletes and evaluate talent.
• Support academic, athletic, and spiritual development of student-athletes.
