Responsabilités

• Coaching: Plan and organize practices for the jumps events to maximize student-athlete potential and program performance.
• Administrative Duties: Maintain high standards of excellence and timeliness in completing admin tasks assigned by the head coach.
• Recruiting: Aid head coach in identifying and recruiting student-athletes who align with the HU mission and standards.
• Policy compliance: Develop an understanding of NAIA recruiting policies to maintain integrity.
• Collaboration: Foster a collaborative spirit with athletic department staff to ensure effective program operations.
