Responsibilities

Assist with screening referrals for appropriate program and service options.
Establish and maintain good working relationships with participants, referral agencies, and team members.
Ensure all paperwork, case notes, and time studies (if applicable) are current and compliant.
Provide hands-on training, supervision, and support to participants at various work locations.
Gather data for reporting on work behaviors and productivity.
Monitor participant progress to meet goals and objectives.
Explain tasks according to employer expectations.
