• Provides on-site job coaching for participants.
• Guides and motivates individuals to perform tasks.
• Maintains communication with employer management and support team.
• Maintains professional demeanor and follows employer rules.
• Assists in identifying and removing barriers to employment.
• Promotes integration and natural supports at worksites.
• Documents service hours, incidents, and case notes.
