Job summary

AHEPA Senior Living is seeking a Part-Time Janitor to provide top-notch janitorial services across our senior apartment communities. You will clean offices, residential units, and common areas, while adhering to safety guidelines and maintaining interior spaces.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma, janitorial or maintenance experience, strong communication skills, and a valid driver's license. Travel for training and team collaboration are part of the role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or higher education.
• Technical or janitorial/grounds keeping experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer and technical skills required.
• Ability to travel for training as needed.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Flexibility to serve a diverse population.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide janitorial services for offices, residential units, and common areas per guidelines.
• Move items safely and comply with safety rules and regulations.
• Perform maintenance tasks as necessary.
