Job summary

AHEPA Senior Living, a nationwide provider of affordable housing and aging services, seeks a Part-time Janitor to keep our communities clean and welcoming. You will clean offices, residential units, common areas, and interior spaces per guidelines, and assist with light maintenance.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma, maintenance or janitorial experience, and strong communication. You must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to travel for training as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or higher education.
• Technical or maintenance, janitorial, or grounds-keeping experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide top notch janitorial services to housing communities, maintaining offices, units, and common areas according to guidelines.
• Move items safely and follow safety rules.
• Perform maintenance duties as needed.
