Job summary

AHEPA Senior Living is seeking a Part-time Janitor to deliver top-notch janitorial services across the North Miami, FL, senior housing communities. The role emphasizes maintaining clean offices, units, and common areas according to guidelines, with safety compliance.

Ideal candidate has a high school diploma or higher, technical/janitorial training or experience, strong communication and computer skills, ability to travel for training, work independently or in a team, and a valid driver's

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or higher
• Technical school or equivalent maintenance, janitorial or grounds keeping experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer and technical skills
• Ability to travel as necessary for training
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Ability to be flexible and receptive to diverse population
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that the offices, residential units, common areas and interior areas are cleaned and properly maintained according to specified guidelines.
• Demonstrating the ability to move items as necessary and adhere to safety rules and regulations.
• Performing some maintenance duties as necessary
