Job Title: Janitor
Job Type: Part-time (Weekends)
Schedule: Saturday & Sunday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: $23/hour

As a Janitor, your average day will include:

1. Clean hallways, lobbies, corridors, elevators, stairways, walls, floors, windows, ceilings, woodwork, door panels, sills, furniture, rugs, trash chutes, garage, and other work and common areas.
2. Monitor and remove trash, debris, and hazardous obstacles from the interior and exterior of the building premise, and trash enclosures weekly, and transport trash to disposal room.
3. Mop lobby and by all elevators on every floor.
4. Mop trash rooms on every floor.
5. Report vandalism, damage, and/or items left in common and limited common areas.
6. Clean railing and sweep stairwells.
7. Clean windowsills.
8. Work with vendors and obtain necessary information for tracking purposes.
9. Post notices as directed.
10. Other tasks as assigned.
