Job summary

City of St. George seeks a Technology Customer Service Representative for a 3-month, part-time temporary role to help implement and configure a new ITSM platform and to support city employees.

You will assist in documenting processes and developing training materials for the tech team. The position requires at least 1 year of customer service or computer support experience; SaaS platform knowledge is a plus, and a Utah driver's license must be obtained within 60 days.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or computer support experience.
• May substitute on a year-for-year basis an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of SaaS platforms and IT service management concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Learn and assist in configuring the new ITSM platform.
• Help define and document new processes and procedures for the technology support team.
• Participate in developing training and reference materials for technicians and city employees.
• Perform data and process testing and validation.
• Perform other related duties as required.
