Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing desktop and laptop issues, performing hardware upgrades, removing malware, and assisting with data transfers and OS installs. Flexible 16–20 hour schedule with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of IT support or computer repair experience.
• Experience with hardware upgrades (SSD, RAM, screens).
• Strong troubleshooting skills (Windows/Mac preferred).
• Basic understanding of networking (WiFi, routers, IP basics).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair desktop and laptop issues (hardware & software).
• Perform screen replacements, SSD upgrades, and RAM upgrades
• Remove viruses/malware and optimize system performance
• Assist with data transfers, OS installs, and system setups
• Help troubleshoot basic networking issues (WiFi, routers, printers)
• Provide excellent customer service in-store and onsite
• Document work and maintain clear communication with clients
