Job summary

Transaxle Manufacturing of America Corporation is seeking a software/IT professional to analyze business requirements, design and develop solutions, and enhance ERP integrations within a manufacturing environment.

You will prepare statements of work, mentor juniors, and partner with process owners to optimize data flows. Strong C#/VB/.NET and MS SQL skills with ERP knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 4–7 years related experience.
• Proficient in C#, VB, .NET and MSSQL; experience with ERP systems is required.
• Knowledge of software development life cycle, SOWs, and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and plan new software/hardware solutions.
• Create statements of work for complex projects and mentor junior developers.
• Collaborate with process owners to identify data inputs, outputs, and formats.
• Lead or assist in upgrades and new development to improve production/workflow.
• Prepare technical reports, manuals, and documentation for applications.
• Coordinate sprint scheduling and project durations with IT Supervisor.
