Job summary

Ace Precision Machining Corporation is seeking a Programming Analyst to design, develop, and support custom software for manufacturing operations. You will implement ERP customizations, integrate systems, and build Power Platform solutions to enhance efficiency across the organization.

You will collaborate with engineering, operations, quality, and finance to deliver practical tech solutions and reports, including Power BI dashboards and data models.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Computer Science, Programming, IT, or related field.
• Minimum of two years programming or application development experience.
• Experience with VB.NET, C#, ASP.NET/.NET Core, SQL Server.
• Experience creating or modifying SSRS and Crystal Reports.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Teams, Power BI).
• Knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, calculated columns, measures, relationships.
• Experience with Epicor ERP or similar ERP systems preferred.
• JavaScript, LINQ, CSLA.NET, Razor Pages, Unit Testing, Kendo UI a plus.
• Manufacturing or aerospace experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, implement, and support custom software applications and web-based solutions.
• Develop and maintain Epicor ERP customizations, integrations, and enhancements.
• Create applications using Microsoft Power Platform technologies including Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Teams, and Power BI.
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models using DAX and calculated measures.
• Collaborate with Business Systems Analysts, management, and end users to gather requirements.
• Participate in system, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide internal support.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and workflow diagrams.
• Work with vendors to resolve complex technical issues.
• Recommend process improvements through automation and technology.
• Support Ace Precision's Quality Management System and safety policies.
