Job summary

Easterseals Central Illinois is seeking an IT Operations Support team member to provide hands-on technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and day-to-day IT operations at our Peoria site.

This part-time role offers opportunities to assist with device provisioning, respond to help desk requests, and help ensure our technology keeps services running smoothly for families and staff across our centers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and enrollment in a degree program is preferred.
• At least one year of IT customer service experience with a ticketing system preferred.
• Proficiency with Windows 10/11 and Office 365 mentioned in role requirements.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, polite, and professional customer service.
• Respond to incident tickets in person or via remote access.
• Document and upscale incident tickets as necessary.
• Assist with processes for new hires.
• Perform physical installations of laptops, desktops, peripherals, and telecom devices.
• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
