• 6 months experience troubleshooting PC/software related issues.
• 1 year of IT Help Desk Experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge in all Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist Help Desk Technician in providing IT support and assistance to end users.
• Log and complete work tickets for company-wide hardware and software issues.
• Provide application and hardware support for end users.
